Terms and Conditions

Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.
If Shampoo services do not have a reliable sink or washing station at customers residence a shampoo service will not be performed.
Copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
Sugar Moon Beauty forbids unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
If there are safety concerns within a residence upon arrival service will be refused.
Clients have 3 days to report any issues with a service in order to receive a free correction, if not reported within 3 days client will be charged full price for a correction.
Due to the artistic nature of what I do, I cannot offer refunds on services performed.
All allergies must be made known to the stylist before service is performed. Sugar Moon Beauty is not liable for any allergic reactions to products or chemicals.
